Colin's expertise is in energy audits, mechanical system design, energy modeling, and analysis reporting for healthcare, resort and hospitality, commercial and residential facilities.

Energy Engineer, CEM
Victoriano is a New Mexico resident since childhood and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from UNM. As an alumni, he holds strong ties to the community and is committed to helping improve the building stock of his home state. His background in energy efficiency helps improve all facilities, with emphasis in occupant comfort. His main interests lie in all things mechanical; automobiles, motorbikes, HVAC-R systems, aerodynamics, and heat transfer. He is also the current treasurer of the NM Association of Energy Engineers.
Mechanical Energy Engineer, LEED-AP (v4)
Megan Mentillo has lived in Albuquerque, NM since 1990. She worked in the metal industry as a machinist and welder for nearly a decade before pursuing her mechanical engineering degree at UNM. She has been working in the HVAC industry for the past three years designing HVAC systems and energy models, and performing energy analysis and energy audits. Megan has always been passionate about sustainability and conservation in all aspects of her life. She is an advocate of local, sustainable agriculture, locally owned small businesses, fair trade, and sustainable building practices.

Tony has 38 years of experience as a mechanical designer of HVAC and plumbing systems. His experience allows him to take a project from start to completion including the study phase proceeding through schematic design, preliminary drawings, construction drawings, bidding phase, construction phase through final inspection and project closeout.
CAD/BIM Coordinator + Mechanical Designer
Ms. Lujan's passion is to learn about the ever-evolving, various building materials and methods, specifically those related to sustainable living and design, this passion is precisely why she decided to pursue a career in construction & engineering! Theresa, a lifelong New Mexico resident, is currently a UNM engineering student studying Construction Management/Civil Engineering. In 2009, she graduated with honors from CNM with an Associates Degree in Architectural/Engineering Drafting Technology. With over 5 years of industry experience in mechanical and plumbing drafting and design, she takes great pride in working for a firm that understands the importance of conserving Mother Earth.
Amy C'de Baca
Amy enjoys providing professional, executive-level support, with over 30 years of experience under her belt. With a certificate in Project Management from UNM, and as a graduate of UNM Management Academy, she uses a project management approach in communicating, scheduling and prioritizing work. She has developed records management programs, and has written and maintained the policies and procedures to comply with stringent QA requirements. She has been responsible for establishing and adhering to many budgets over the years.
Intern Mechanical Engineer
John W. Muhs is an Engineer-in-Training and graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has experience in a number of private-sector and academic research projects relating to sustainable energy, water heating technologies, and photovoltaics design. He seeks an interdisciplinary approach to energy issues in his community of Salt Lake City and the western United States. Alongside his work at Vibrantcy, John is a full-time graduate student at the University of Utah pursuing his Master’s Degree in the Site-Specific Energy Systems Laboratory.
